Hello friends one and all! Recently I was asked by someone in one of my slide shows to remove a photo of this person and their family member from my MySpace page. What I beg of you my friends, is to help me figure out if this is a request I should adhere to or not.
As I see it, my MySpace page is MY page to put what ever I so desire into the content. My site on MySpace makes me happy... and truth be told, I could really give a rat's ass as to what other people think! As I pointed out to this person, this community is called MySpace, not YourSpace. If it is not perfectly clear to everybody that all the people on my page are my close friends and having fun, I don't know what to say. Also, the photos I'm referring to are not compromising in any way, and that is why they are on there.
To me, asking to have a photo removed from a MySpace page is like asking someone to remove photos from a scrapbook or photo album. Am I wrong here? The person doing the asking remains an important person in my life, and I don't wish to disrespect them, but at the same time I'm kind of annoyed by this request.
Anyhow, I'd love some feedback on this subject. Also if there are any other individuals who would like to be removed from appearing on SuperDave's MySpace page, please put in your requests now so that I can do all the editing at one time.
Thanks,
Dave
